TWO SERVICES. ONE CONNECTED JOURNEY.

First, know what to do. Then, get it done.

ARI™ gives your leadership team an evidence-led report with clear, prioritised recommendations. If you want support beyond the report, unoui can then enact the agreed recommendations with you.

CHOOSE THE OUTCOME YOU NEED

Do you need the answer—or help delivering it?

Some organisations have the internal capacity to act once the priorities are clear. Others need an experienced partner to turn recommendations into policies, decisions, capability and measurable progress. Both routes begin with the same evidence.

BUYER QUESTIONS

What leaders usually want to know

How long does ARI take?

ARI is a defined executive engagement rather than an instant online score. At onboarding we agree participants, evidence needs and review dates. The final timetable depends on stakeholder availability and organisational complexity, but you receive a clear schedule before work begins. Professional review is protected within that timetable rather than added as an uncertain final step.

Does £3,500 include implementation?

No—and that distinction protects you. The fixed assessment fee covers the readiness assessment, professionally reviewed executive report, prioritised recommendations, roadmap and executive review. It gives you a complete decision product that your own team can use. Implementation is offered separately only after the required work is visible and can be scoped responsibly.

What does ‘typically from £15,000’ mean?

It is a credible starting point for an implementation programme with defined outcomes, not a promise to deliver unlimited work. The ARI report reveals the priorities, dependencies and likely effort. You then receive a written proposal describing what will be enacted, milestones, responsibilities, exclusions, fee and change control. Nothing begins until you approve it.

Will every recommendation be implemented?

Not automatically. Trying to implement everything at once can dilute ownership and delay the actions that matter most. During the executive review, recommendations are tested against risk, value, dependencies and available capacity. You decide which actions enter the programme, and unoui sequences them into work that leaders can own and the organisation can absorb.

Can our team implement the report without unoui?

Yes. ARI is intentionally valuable as a standalone engagement. The report explains the current position, priority actions, intended outcomes and suggested ownership so a capable internal team can proceed. The implementation programme is for organisations that lack capacity, need specialist challenge or want continuity between diagnosis and delivery.

Is the assessment automatically generated?

No. Technology supports a controlled and consistent process, but ARI is not a generic prompt producing an unchecked report. Findings and recommendations are professionally reviewed for relevance, proportionality, clarity and executive usefulness before release. The underlying questions, scoring logic and recommendation library remain protected.
